Pacquiao V Marquez Preview

In a matter of weeks, Breeders Cup betting enthusiasts will bare witness to one of the greatest trilogies in the world of professional boxing, as Manny Pacquiao takes on Juan Manuel Marquez at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Pacquiao and Marquez have proved to be one another’s most difficult opponents, as their first bookie software fight went to a draw, and the second fight went to a judge’s decision in favor of Pacquiao. Entering the fight in just over two weeks, NHL fans will be expecting a little more clarity in the outcome. Here is a preview of this legendary affair.

Although it seems as if Manny Pacquiao and archrival Floyd Mayweather are avoiding locking horns, Pacquiao has put together several fights that have fans knowing he is fighting the best competition. On Saturday November 12, 11 Manny Pacquiao will once again attempt to prove that he is the best fighter in the world, when he takes on rival Juan Manuel Marquez. As we eluded too earlier, after drawing in their first fight, Pacquiao won the second fight controversially. For this reason, it was he and not Marquez, that wanted to arrange the third and final fight, as he wants to show his doubters he can put away one of his more storied rivals. The match will also be for Pacquiao’s WBO Welterweight title, which he has had for the last couple of years.

Since defeating Marquez in controversial fashion, Pacquiao has moved around weight classes, from Featherweight to Lightweight and then back down to Welterweight. The Pac Man has won seven fights in a row, all with relative ease. On the other hand, Marquez has won five of his last seven fights heading into November 12 action. Coincidentally, Marquez only losses were to Pacquiao and to Floyd Mayweather. Meaning to say, if anyone is tough enough to fight Pacquiao, Marquez is the guy.
